1. Processing Time
All orders require 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing, quality inspection, and careful packaging.
Made-to-Order (MTO): Some of our best-selling linen pieces are crafted specifically for you to reduce waste. These items may require an additional 5-7 business days for production. The estimated timeframe will be noted on the product page.
Pre-order: If you purchase a pre-order item, please refer to the ship date listed on the product description. We will ship your entire order once all items are ready, unless requested otherwise.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or major sales events (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), processing may take up to 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

3. International Shipping

Delivery Times:
North America & Europe: 7-15 Business Days
Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 Business Days
Rest of World: 15-25 Business Days
Shipping Costs: Calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.
Duties & Taxes (Important): Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
4.Order Tracking (物流追踪)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Feel free to email us if you need assistance.
5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
If your order is delayed by more than 10 days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [Your Email Address].
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order is processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
