1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days​ of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.​ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

2.Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

3. Special Care Notice: Silk & Linen (Our Quality Promise)

Our garments are crafted from 100% natural fibers. They require specific handling, and we stand by their quality. However, we cannot accept returns for the following natural characteristics:

• Natural Shrinkage:​ Pure linen and cotton may shrink 3-5%​ after the first wash. This is a natural property of the fiber. We pre-shrink our fabrics, but slight variations may occur. Returns due to post-wash shrinkage will not be accepted unless the shrinkage exceeds 5%.

• Texture & Slubs:​ Small knots, slubs, or slight color variations are inherent to natural linen and raw silk. These are not defects but proof of the fabric's authenticity and natural origin.

• Color Variance:​ Colors may appear slightly different on screens due to monitor settings. We photograph in natural light to ensure accuracy; minor deviations are not considered defects.

• Snagging:​ Silk is a delicate protein fiber. Snags caused by jewelry, rough surfaces, or improper handling are not considered manufacturing faults.

4.Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival (e.g., torn fabric, broken zipper, incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours​ of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damage. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or replacement immediately.

All orders require 1-3 business days​ (Monday–Friday) for processing, quality inspection, and careful packaging.

• Made-to-Order (MTO):​ Some of our best-selling linen pieces are crafted specifically for you to reduce waste. These items may require an additional 5-7 business days​ for production. The estimated timeframe will be noted on the product page.

• Pre-order:​ If you purchase a pre-order item, please refer to the ship date listed on the product description. We will ship your entire order once all items are ready, unless requested otherwise.

• Peak Seasons:​ During holidays or major sales events (Black Friday/Cyber Monday), processing may take up to 5-7 business days. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

• Delivery Times:

  • North America & Europe: 7-15 Business Days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10-18 Business Days

  • Rest of World: 15-25 Business Days

• Shipping Costs:​ Calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

• Duties & Taxes (Important):​ Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included​ in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

4.Order Tracking (物流追踪)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email​ containing your tracking number.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

• If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. Feel free to email us if you need assistance.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

• If your order is delayed by more than 10 days​ beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [Your Email Address].

• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.

6. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours​ of placing your order. Once the order is processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
